About · Hailey, Idaho
I learned operations by running them.
I’m Erik Andersson. I’ve spent nearly a decade in operations: managing projects, coordinating teams and customers, running planning and logistics, and building the systems that keep work moving.

01
Where I learned operations
My background is in hands-on operations, where plans meet reality: tight schedules, teams in the field, customers whose needs change, and resources that have to arrive on time. I’ve worked every side of the job: the office, the field, the customer, and the supply chain.
-
Project management
Led work from planning through completion, keeping schedule, scope, and quality on track with the people doing the work.
-
Customer success
Onboarded new clients, set clear expectations, and kept commitments on track through changes.
-
Planning and logistics
Ran planning, inventory, and supply chain operations so the right people and materials showed up at the right time.
-
Documentation and control
Kept requests, approvals, changes, and purchasing records organized, with a clear owner for each.
-
Systems and software
Built internal tools on no-code platforms and helped companies put software to work for tracking, communication, and resource management.

What I kept running into
Different teams, different work, the same problems. Information got lost between the people who sell the work and the people who deliver it. Customers, teams, and suppliers needed the same update from different people. Schedules, inventory, and status lived in separate spreadsheets, or in someone’s head.
03
What I started building
So I started fixing them. I built an internal system on a no-code platform that brought labor and budget tracking, logistics, and inventory into one place, so the office and the people doing the work saw the same information.
I set up document control that gave every request, approval, and change an owner and a record. And I’ve helped companies implement software for project tracking, communication, and resource management.

How I work today
EnSome Services brings that experience to businesses in any industry. I listen to the team, map how the work actually happens, simplify the process, implement the tools that support it, and adjust once it’s in real use.
I start with the process, not the software. The right answer is often a clearer process and better use of tools you already pay for.

Outside work
Based in the Wood River Valley.
I live in Hailey, Idaho. When I’m not mapping someone’s workflow, I’m usually on a bike or on skis.
