From diagnosis to daily use.
Most engagements start with an Operations Review. From there, you can take the recommendations and run with them, or have me help design, build, and support the changes.
01 · Start here Operations ReviewFind where one important workflow gets stuck and what to improve first.Fixed price $499
We’ll walk through the process with your team, review the tools and documents you use, and identify the gaps slowing work down. You’ll receive a workflow map, three prioritized recommendations, and one practical checklist, template, or draft procedure to help you take the first step.
One workflow, start to finish. For example: customer request → scheduling → completed work → billing.
